Want to lose weight fast? Who doesn't? If you want to lose weight fast you could just quit eating. Not a very healthy way to get skinny. You can lose weight by fasting, but your body still needs nutrients. How about a juice fast?

Juicing has a lot of health benefits. Your body gets a chance to detox. Your digestive system gets a chance to rest. You still are getting nutrients that your body needs. Do you have to fast for a long time? Not really, it's up to you. You can fast for a day, a week, or even for a few hours.
